Turbulentnost-Don Group of Companies took part in the largest annual exhibition ROS-GAZ-EXPO as part of the IX St. Petersburg Gas Forum.

Turbulentnost-Don Group of Companies took part in the largest annual exhibition ROS-GAZ-EXPO as part of the IX St. Petersburg Gas Forum. For 20 years, the exhibition has become the main industry event in Russia dedicated to the display of achievements in the construction, operation and reconstruction of gas transmission systems and gas consumption systems.

 At the company's stand, both flagship instrument lines and the latest production developments were exhibited. Also, interactive stands UFG and UFL were presented, allowing you to track in real time and conditions the operation of devices, the principle of operation and metering readings.

Particular attention was paid to the newest model of the ultrasonic flow meter UFG DU 1400, designed for usage at single-line gas metering stations, in accordance with the concept approved by PJSC Gazprom. The device makes it possible to switch from the collector circuit of a gas pipeline to a single-line one, has a developed system of multi-parameter self-diagnostics, which allows real-time monitoring of the state of the product, as well as the parameters of the measured medium. In order to make changes in the composition of the gas, this flow meter has a function of connecting a flow chromatograph. Also, the option of periodic verification is installed both by the pouring method (using a reference flow meter) and verification by the simulation method.

In the household area of ??the company's activities, stands with “Grand” utility meters were demonstrated. In devices with a shut-off valve, it is possible to connect gas level alarms - if the permissible level of methane is exceeded; the device blocks the gas supply, which increases the level of safety for the users. As part of the development of Smart-Metering technology, the LP-WAN telemetry system was installed on Grand meters, which allows transmitting of the data on the gas consumption of subscribers to the base station.

During the exhibition, a number of meetings with partners were organized, the participation of company employees in thematic meetings and conferences with representatives of the gas industry in Russia and abroad, as well as attendance at a closed meeting of PJSC Gazprom.
