The module is used for connection and receiving of data from instruments and devices with a digital output RS-232\RS-485, including with organization of the so-called "transparent channel" for broadcasting of messages (commands) between the connecting device and upper- level software.

Purpose: |
The module is used for arranging an alternative channel of communication with a dispatching station or upper-level software. Module setting and operation occur under the base module's control. |
Configurations:
- EM GSM: a module with a built-in GSM modem for transmission of telemetry data using cellular networks;
- EM Ethernet: a module with a built-in Ethernet-adapter, allowing for data transmission via Ethernet-protocol.
