Ultrasonic gas flowmeters

The ultrasonic gas flow rate meter Turbo Flow UFG-F is intended for high- accuracy measurements in the field of commercial metering of natural gas. The accuracy class of the instrument provides a high degree of measurement repeatability and stability in time with the relative error of ± 0.3%. 

For objects with reverse and a pulsating flow gas (Automotive gas-filling compressor stations (AGFCS),compressor stations, bypass system with reversing motion of the gas) developed a special version of the flowmeter Turbo Flow UFG  is characterized by high rate of gas flow measurement. Development was carried out by the Special Design Technological Bureau "Turbo-Don" in the framework of scientific research and experimental design work on "Gas flow measurement system at the entrance of Automotive gas-filling compressor stations (AGFCS)" RUS.

In accordance with the Corporate Standard of Gazprom OJSC requirements, redundant computer aids, measurement archives and flow parameter measuring equipment shall be installed at the main metering stations of Category А. For this purpose, our Company designed special configurations of the UFG flowmeter.

Ultrasonic gas flowmeters are intended for high-accuracy measurement (1%) volumetric gas flow rate, mass gas flow rate, in operating and standard conditions in pipelines DN 50...100 mm PN16. Field of application ultrasonic gas flowmeters Turbo Flow UFG-F compact version unit of gas metering stations in gas distribution networks with pressure up to 1.6 MPa, modernization and re-equipment of metering units with measurement systems based on the turbine and rotary meters with electronic correctors and gas metering device nodes in the absence of power.
